This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services purchased from App Vedica.
By engaging App Vedica for any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Nature of Services
App Vedica provides professional digital services including:
• Mobile App UI Design
• User Experience (UX) Design
• Wireframing
• Prototyping
• Design Consultation
• Digital Product Design Services
As these are customized professional services, refunds are subject to the status of work performed.
Consultation Services
Fees paid for consultations, strategy sessions, project reviews, or design advisory services are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.
Project-Based Services
Before Work Has Started
If a project is canceled before any work has commenced, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of App Vedica, less any applicable transaction or administrative fees.
After Work Has Started
Once project work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable because time, effort, planning, and resources have already been invested.
This includes:
• Research and planning
• Wireframing
• UI/UX design work
• Prototyping
• Design revisions
• Project consultations
Client Approval and Revisions
Clients are encouraged to review deliverables during the project process.
Reasonable revisions included within the agreed project scope will be provided as specified in the project agreement.
Refunds will not be issued solely because a client changes business plans, preferences, or project requirements after work has commenced.
Project Abandonment
If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, App Vedica reserves the right to consider the project inactive.
Payments already made for completed work will remain non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
App Vedica may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where exceptional circumstances exist.
Any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact App Vedica directly to resolve concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
