Simple & Fair Refunds
At AppVedica, we strive for client satisfaction. Refunds are handled as follows:
1. Before Project Start
– Full refund if the project has not started and no work has been delivered.
2. During Development
– Partial refund may be provided depending on the work completed and payments made.
– Work already completed (designs, code, backend setup) is not refundable.
3. After Delivery
– Once the app is delivered and accepted, no refund is provided.
– Post-launch support or marketing guidance is advisory and cannot be refunded.
4. How to Request a Refund
– Contact contact@appvedica.in with details of your project and reason for refund.
– Refund requests will be evaluated case-by-case within 7 business days.
